THE FRONT BAR:
Open from midday seven days a week our Front Bar provides a relaxed afternoon space for a drink with friends or a game of pool. The Front Bar has maintained an elegant art-deco feel without compromising on modern lighting and sound design. A large bar provides a comfortable place to sit and enjoy our wide range of local and imported beers and spirits.
In the evening we ramp up the music and lights for an early drink before taking in a show in our Cabaret Bar.
THE CABARET BAR:
The Cabaret Bar is open four nights, it has a fully appointed bar that is focused on cocktail service from 5pm to 9 pm. The Cabaret Bar also has a full stage and light rig designed to showcase the best in cabaret and drag talent that Australia has to offer. After the show the Cabaret Bar has an intelligent lighting and a quadraphonic sound system to keep the energy up all night! We also have a hearing loop, any person with a hearing aid can select ‘T” on their device to enjoy the music from out talented DJs!

THE CELLAR DANCE BAR:
This is the jewel in the Imperial’s Crown, an extensive dance space with two fully stocked bars, recessed dance arena and an advanced sound/ light interface. The dance floor is ringed by a mezzanine level that allows guests to relax between their favourite tracks. With a line up of what will be the crème of Australian, international DJ’S and performance instillations to fire your imagination.
